Diamond Cluster Ring

This customer had a single diamond solitaire ring which needed repairs ...but they also felt the diamond was a bit small and wanted to know how to make it look more substantial. We suggested surrounding diamonds around it and drew a design of what that would look like. Here is the ring in construction:
